Terms and Conditions — AdSnap

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AdSnap mobile application ("the app", "we", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using AdSnap, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the app
AdSnap is a read-only client for viewing your Google AdMob reports (earnings, clicks, impressions, and breakdowns). You must use the app only in accordance with Google's and AdMob's terms of service and applicable laws. You may not use the app to access accounts you are not authorized to access, or to automate or abuse Google or AdMob services.
3. Account and Google sign-in
Use of certain features requires signing in with your Google account and granting the app read-only access to your AdMob data. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We do not store your Google credentials on our servers; authentication is handled by Google and tokens are stored only on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Data and privacy
Our collection, use, and storage of data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to those practices. We do not operate backend servers that store your AdMob report data; data stays on your device or is sent only to Google services as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed (which comes from Google AdMob). AdSnap is not affiliated with Google LLC; AdMob and related marks are property of Google. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data shown in the app.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if the app is provided free of charge.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated text in the app or at a link we provide (e.g. in the app listing or settings), and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
